Heroineburgh Comics #2 (2020)

Heroineburgh Comics is a Pittsburgh-based indie superhero series set in a stylized version of the Steel City, where a diverse cast of heroines navigate power, identity, and responsibility. Based on a long-running video series with three seasons produced over seven years, the comics are fully accessible to new readers — no prior viewing required.

Issues #1–4 are currently available and can be read individually or collected as a set, with all characters introduced directly in the books. Covers are illustrated by Pittsburgh artist Jason Wright, with interiors created by local creators Benjamin Zeus Barnett and Wayne Brown.

Each issue celebrates local talent and independent storytelling.
