Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please Note: We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, or other discretionary reasons.
To Be Eligible for a Return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with invoice and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase or receipt
To start a return, please contact us at fourtwelvecomics@gmail.com. If your return is due to damage, include photos of the item and packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Graded comics (CGC or CBCS)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you can place a new order once the original item has been refunded.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
