SHIPMENT REQUEST ONLY

Request your Hold Box. We’ll confirm the postage.

This $0 item submits a request to ship comics you already have on hold. It is not prepaid postage, a new comic purchase, or confirmation that your books have shipped.

How it works

  1. 1. Submit your request. Add one of this item to your cart and complete checkout. Please check out with the request on its own, using the same email address as your held orders. If you have the original order numbers, add them to the cart’s order special instructions.
  2. 2. We review and merge your held orders. We confirm which books are ready to ship, check any shipping already paid, and prepare your combined shipment.
  3. 3. We pack the box and send an updated invoice. Any shipping balance is based on the appropriate shipping tier for the packed shipment, so a small package is not charged a large-box rate.
  4. 4. Pay any shipping balance before dispatch. If postage is due, your Hold Box stays with us until the updated invoice is paid. If your box qualifies for free shipping, no postage payment is required.

Eligible $150+ Hold Boxes still ship free

Our existing $150 free U.S. Hold Box shipping threshold remains in place. We verify eligibility when reviewing your request. Submitting this $0 item does not itself qualify an order for free postage.

Before you request shipping

  • This request is for existing held orders. Books that are not yet ready to ship remain on hold.
  • Need to change your shipping address or tell us which orders to include? Contact us before paying the shipping invoice.
  • Please submit one request per shipment. We check existing shipping charges before preparing the updated invoice.
  • Canada and international shipments follow the applicable shipping policy; the U.S. free-shipping threshold does not apply.
